Can I buy from overseas?

You can only buy in the UK at the moment.

Where can I purchase JAYA skincare?

You can find JAYA exclusively at jayabeauty.com

Can I return my order?

Yes of course, we understand there are lots of reasons for this. Please see our returns section for details T's and C's.

How long will it take to process my refund?

Please follow our returns procedure. We aim to process your refund within 5 days of receiving your order.

Are the JAYA's skincare products Cruelty Free and Vegan?

Yes.  All skincare products are Leaping Bunny approved and The Vegan Society certified

Are any of JAYA's skincare products fragranced?

Yes the 24/7 vitamin moisturiser and the AM Clarifying Jelly Cleanser.

How are the products fragranced?

Products are fragranced are from 100% natural essential oils. Note the PM Transforming Cleansing Balm is not fragranced.

Are JAYA's products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes absolutely! We have carefully formulated our products for sensitive skin. But we recognise that not all skin is the same. If you are unsure feel free to order a sample and try? The most gentle of all our products is the PM Transforming Cleansing Balm and is un-fragranced. 

I am taking medication [for my skin], what products are suitable?

For any medical recommendations please speak to your dermatologist or GP.
