Shipping

All our standard shipping orders are sent out via Royal Mail tracked 48 hours and express shipping orders on Royal Mail tracked 24 hours. 

Shipping is free for orders over £30.

Standard shipping is £4 for orders up to and including £30 estimated to take 2-5 business days.

Shipping is £7 for express delivery 1-3 business days. 

We aim to process all orders received by 12pm Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays. 

If your order is extra urgent please do get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We know that buying skincare online isn’t easy – so we have included some samples so you can try our products first.

We hope you’ll love them but don’t worry if they aren’t right for you – as long as the full size products are unopened and undamaged please send us an email detailing your name, order number and address within 30 days of ordering and we’ll help organise an exchange or refund.

When you send your products please ensure you include a note inside with your full contact details and order number. When they reach us we will then issue a refund, excluding postage charges. We will send changes out standard shipping free of charge.

If your product is faulty or damaged, please send photos and include as much information in your email to us. We hand pack all our orders ourselves and take great care to ensure our parcels all go out perfectly –we need to find out what has happened when there is a problem.
